REFUNDS AND RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with an item, send us notification by email to email@example.com, stating your order confirmation number and send the parcel back to us within 15 days of the delivery date in its original condition and packaging together with the original receipt. We recommend that you send it by registered post as we may not be responsible for any lost or unreturned items.
For countries outside the European Union, please remember to indicate to the customs that this a "return for non conformity".
You can ask for a full refund of the value of the item returned or request an exchange.
If you request an exchange, please indicate the replacement item in your email notification. If you request an exchange, delivery of the replacement item will be free.
All refunds will be transacted within 15 days of the return of the item. For a refund, please provide your credit card details in your notification email, by phone, or clearly typed or written on paper, enclosed with your returned item.
