Refunds and Returns
If you are not satisfied with an item, send us notification by email to contact@crimson-cashmere.com, stating your order confirmation number and send the parcel back to us within 15 days of the delivery date in its original condition and packaging together. You can send it back to the following address : CRIMSON 8 rue Marbeuf 75008 Paris - France. We recommend that you send it by registered post as we may not be responsible for any lost or unreturned items.
For countries outside the European Union, please remember to indicate to the customs that this a "return for non conformity".
You can ask for a full or partial refund of the value of the item returned or request an exchange.
If you request an exchange, please indicate the replacement item in your email notification. The delivery of the replacement item will be free.
